Scope
This notice covers the informational website at spinpetid.com. The SpinPet ID app, digital pet profiles, QR tags and Wallet feature are product concepts under development. A separate notice will explain their data practices before any such service becomes available.
Data we process
When you visit this site, our hosting provider may process your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and security events in server logs. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive pet or personal details unless needed for your request.

We use technical logs to deliver the site, maintain security and troubleshoot problems, based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We use information you email us to respond to your request, based on our legitimate interests in communicating with you (Article 6(1)(f)) or taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)), as applicable.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. A web server or browser may use strictly necessary technical data to deliver pages securely. If this changes, we will update this notice and add any consent controls required by law.
Recipients and transfers
Our hosting provider and email service provider may process data on our behalf to run the site and receive messages. We choose providers and contractual safeguards appropriate to their location.
